CAESAR SALAD

Preparation Method :

  • Spread the bread cubes (croutons) on a baking sheet and bake it at 180 degree C for 8-10 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  • Combine vinegar, garlic, egg, mustard, half of the parmesan cheese and anchovies in a blender and blend it until smooth
  • Gently stir in the olive oil to above prepared salad dressing.
  • Season the dressing with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Now add the toasted bread cubes (croutons) and shredded lettuce to the dressing. Mix it well.
  • Top it up with the remaining parmesan cheese.
  • Serve it immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 slices of white bread (cut it into small cubes)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 small romaine lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 anchovies (minced)
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
