Preparation Method :
- Put the pizza bases onto warmed baking sheets. Brush them lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together the onions, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, Parma ham, and olives, and spread over the bases, making a nest in the middle of each one for the egg.
- Drizzle the pizzas with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Put into a preheated oven, 450ºF, and cook for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and crack the eggs into the nests.
- Return the pizzas to the oven for 3-5 minutes, then serve immediately. If you like your egg hard, put it onto the vegetable topping when it first goes in the oven.

- 8 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 500 grams spinach, cooked and chopped
- 15 slices of Parma ham cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon black olives, pitted and chopped
- 8 eggs
- Salt and pepper
