TAGLIATELLE WITH PESTO SAUCE

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the basil, parsley, pine nuts and garlic in a blender or food processor and work until finely chopped.
  • With machine running, slowly pour in the olive oil, and then add the Parmesan followed by the butter, sugar and salt.
  • Season to taste with pepper, then transfer to a pan or bowl.
  • Cook the tagliatelle for about 10 minutes.
  • Add pasta cooking water, stir well and serve at once with the pasta.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams fresh basil leaves
  • Bunch of fresh parsley
  • 40 grams pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 225 ml Cooking oil
  • 75 grams Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 50 grams butter, softened and cut into small pieces
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 500 grams tagliatelle
