SPAGHETTI CARBONARA

                    Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the bacon and cook gently for 3 minutes.
 - Add the garlic and cook for 1 min.
 - Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti for 3-4 minutes if fresh or 8 minutes if dried, or according to packet directions.
 - Drain and return the pasta to the pan.
 - Beat the cream and egg yolks together in a bowl. Add to the bacon and mix well over a low heat.
 - Add the sauce and Parmesan to the pasta.
 - Season with salt and pepper and toss well with 2 spoons.
 - Serve immediately.

- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
 - 300 grams smoked bacon, rinded and cut into strips
 - 2 garlic clove, crushed
 - 400 grams spaghetti
 - 6 tablespoons heavy cream
 - 5 egg yolks
 - 500 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 - Salt and pepper
