Preparation Method :
- Boil water in a pot and add the pasta. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook until pasta is tender.
- Drain it and rinse with cold water. Keep it aside.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and tomato. Stir in the basil leaves.
- Season it with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix it well.
- Serve it hot after garnishing it with the grated cheese.

- 300 grams tomatoes (diced)
- 250 grams fusilli/penne pasta
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
- 4 tablespoons basil
- 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 500 ml water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
