POMODORO FRESCO E BASILICO PASTA (TOMATO AND FRESH BASIL PASTA)

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil water in a pot and add the pasta. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook until pasta is tender.
  • Drain it and rinse with cold water. Keep it aside.
  • Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and tomato. Stir in the basil leaves.
  • Season it with oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta and mix it well.
  • Serve it hot after garnishing it with the grated cheese.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams tomatoes (diced)
  • 250 grams fusilli/penne pasta
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons basil
  • 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 500 ml water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
