PIRATES' SPAGHETTI

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Prepare the squid. Slice into 25 mm rounds. In a saucepan, cook the garlic in the oil.
  • When golden, add the clams, squid and shrimps and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Cook the spaghetti for 12-14 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add the anchovies, tomatoes, salt and pepper to the seafood and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  • Place the drained spaghetti in a large warmed serving dish and toss in the remaining  oil.
  • Pour the sauce on to the spaghetti and mix again. Sprinkle with parsley and basil and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams shelled clams
  • 100 grams small squid
  • 100 grams shrimps
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 450 grams spaghetti
  • 50 grams canned anchovy fillets, drained
  • 400 grams canned tomatoes, drained
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
