PASTA WITH LAMB BOLOGNESE

Preparation Method :
- Add pasta to the boiling water. Add a teaspoon of salt. Cook until the pasta is tender and then drain it.
- Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan. Sauté lamb mince until it turns light brown in colour.
- Add onions, garlic, bell pepper and stir fry it for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree followed by parsley leaves, salt and pepper.
- Now pour the wine and the beef stock. Cook it until thick and fragrant (15 minutes).
- Finally mix the cooked pasta with the above prepared lamb Bolognese.
- Garnish with the jack cheese and serve it.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams lamb mince
- 200 grams spaghetti/ any pasta
- 250 ml beef stock
- 120 ml tomato puree
- 120 ml dry white wine
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons jack cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Water for cooking pasta
