- Cut fish fillets into small even-sized pieces.
 - Thinly slice calamari. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add onion and garlic; stir over low heat until onion is tender.
 - Add wine and tomato paste,stir it well to combine. Simmer until liquid is reduced by half.
 - Add undrained, crushed tomatoes and stir. Add basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
 - Simmer gently for 10-12 minutes, stir it occasionally.
 - Add prepared fish, calamari, prawns, scallops and mussel meat to tomato sauce.
 - Simmer for 2 minutes or until flesh changes colour.Stir it well.
 - While sauce is cooking, add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender.
 - Drain well, Serve sauce over pasta.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams boneless fish fillets
 - 1 large calamari tube
 - 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 1 clove garlic, crushed
 - 100 ml red wine
 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
 - 450 grams can tomatoes
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
 - ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 - 150 grams medium green king prawns, peeled, deveined, (leave tails intact)
 - 150 grams scallops, halved
 - 125 grams mussel meat, optional
 - 500 grams linguine
