Preparation Method :
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the cream and all 4 kinds of cheese (Parmesan, Romano, Fontina and Gorgonzola cheese). Heat it until all the cheese is melted.
 - Season it with oregano, salt and pepper.
 - Now add the cooked pasta.
 - Add the milk and stir it well. Cook until required consistency is reached.
 - While serving, garnish with parsley leaves.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams fettuccine pasta/any other pasta (cooked and drained)
 - 50 grams parmesan cheese (cut into small pieces)
 - 50 grams romano Cheese (grated)
 - 50 grams fontina cheese (grated)
 - 50 grams gorgonzola cheese (grated)
 - 240 ml whipping cream
 - 100 ml milk
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
 - 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
 - Pepper to taste
 - Salt to taste
