Preparation Method :
- Cook the pasta with boiling water containing a pinch of salt.
- Heat oil in a sauce-pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the Chicken, red pepper, rosemary leaves and chicken broth to the pan and cook on medium heat for 20 min until chicken is cooked.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the cream (keep stirring). Add the salt and pepper.
- Finally add the cooked pasta and mix it well with the rest of the ingredients. Heat it for another 2 minutes.
- Serve it in the serving bowl and sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
INGREDIENTS
- 650 grams boneless roasted skinless chicken breasts (cut into small sized pieces)
- 450 grams penne pasta
- 350 ml cream
- 350 ml chicken broth
- 1 red pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons rosemary leaves (dried)
- Water for cooking pasta
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
