GREEN TAGLIATELLE WITH GORGONZOLA SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Cook the tagliatelle for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, pour the milk into a heavy-based saucepan and heat gently until hot but not simmering.
- Add the cheese and butter and stir gently with a wooden spoon until smooth.
- Add cream to the pan with pepper to taste and heat it gently. Do not allow the sauce to simmer.
- Serve at once with the pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.

- 100 grams Gorgonzola cheese, cut into small pieces
- 150 ml milk
- 50 grams butter
- 50 ml double cream
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Finely chopped parsley to garnish
- 500 grams tagliatelle verde
