GREEN TAGLIATELLE WITH GORGONZOLA SAUCE

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the tagliatelle for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, pour the milk into a heavy-based saucepan and heat gently until hot but not simmering.
  • Add the cheese and butter and stir gently with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  • Add cream to the pan with pepper to taste and heat it gently. Do not allow the sauce to simmer.
  • Serve at once with the pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Gorgonzola cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • 50 ml double cream
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Finely chopped parsley to garnish
  • 500 grams tagliatelle verde
