Preparation Method :
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process for 1 minute. Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Flour a work surface and roll the dough until paper thin; you should be able to see right through the dough.
- Dust the sheets with flour and lay on a wire rack to dry for 1 hour. To cut into angel hair, spread out the sheets of pasta and cut into very thin strips.
- Coil up about 20 at a time, very loosely, and put to one side.
- Cover with cling film until needed.

- 150 ml water
