Preparation Method :
- Cook the spaghetti with water and a teaspoon of salt. Reserve ½ cup of cooked (pasta) water and drain the rest of the water.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a sauce-pan, add the garlic and sauté it until it turns light golden brown (30 seconds).
- Immediately turn off the heat and add the reserved pasta water and swirl the pan. (This prevents the overcooking of garlic.)
- Add cooked spaghetti, lemon juice, cheese, butter, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Mix it well to coat all the ingredients evenly. Now cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the pasta to the serving bowl. Sprinkle the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil and garnish it with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve it immediately.

- 10 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
