Preparation Method :
- Prepare the marinade by combining basil, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, oil, cheese and tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
- Add mushroom, zucchini, bell peppers, onion and cherry tomatoes to the marinade. Coat it well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove vegetables from marinade. Keep aside the marinade remaining.
- Now insert the vegetables alternately in the metal skewers, beginning and ending with a bell pepper.
- Bush it with the remaining marinade.
- Grill it for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve it hot.

- 2 small zucchini (cut into squares)
- 1 red bell peppers (cut into squares)
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 7-8 fresh mushroom (cut into chunks)
- 1 onion (cut into squares)
- 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 50 grams cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper as per taste
