Preparation Method :
- To prepare the marinade, mix the oil with garlic, oregano, parsley, rosemary leaves and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and pepper as per the taste. Mix it well.
- Apply the marinade on the inside and outside of the fish. Coat more of the marinade on the outside of the fish to prevent it from sticking to the grill.
- Preheat the oven at 220 degree C. Place the whole fish in the fish griller (fish griller helps to flip the fish gently without any physical damage) and then place on the grill.
- Grill it for an hour or above until the dorsal fins comes off easily with a little tug or the skin is crispy (Flip it once when it is half cooked).
- Serve it hot.

- 1 kg whole fish
- 60 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper as per taste
