Preparation Method :
- Once you properly washed the Sea Bass Fillets, dry them lightly with a paper towel.
- Now lightly oil a baking sheet. Place the Sea Bass Fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with more Olive Oil.
- Season the Fillets generously with the Salt and the Pepper and cook the Fish under a preheated, very hot broiler for 7 minutes.
- That's it; serve with Lemon halves, braised Fava Beans and Lentils.
