TUNA STEAKS WITH SUN-DRIED TOMATOES

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add onion, garlic, and rosemary, and sauté gently for 5 minutes.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dip the tuna into the flour to coat evenly.
- Heat the oil for frying in a frying pan.
- Add the tuna and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden. Turn over and cook on the other side for 4-5 minutes more.
- Transfer to a dish lined with paper towels and keep warm in the oven.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes to the sauted onions and stir well.
- Turn up the heat to high. Add the wine, capers, olives, and parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve the sauce with the tuna steaks and lemon wedges.

- 2 red onion, finely chopped

- 400 grams all-purpose flour
- 200 grams tuna steaks
- Cooking oil, for frying
- 300 grams chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 10 tablespoons red wine
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 400 grams black olives
- Italian parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 2 lemons cut into 4 wedges, to serve
