TROUT WITH PARMESAN AND BASIL DRESSING

Cooking Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Lightly brush a baking sheet with oil and place under a preheated very hot broiler to heat up.
  • Put the trout fillets onto the hot tray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place under the broiler for 5 minutes.
  • Put the basil and garlic into a bowl. Wok in the oil using a hand-held blender.
  • Remove the fish from the broiler and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan.
  • Return to the broiler and cook for 3-5 minutes more or until the Parmesan turns golden.
  • Serve with the basil sauce drizzled over the trout fillets.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 300 grams trout fillets
  • Basil leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 300 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
