SWORDFISH STEAKS IN WHITE WINE AND TOMATOES

Preparation Method :
- Heat up the Oil in a pan and add the Onion, the Garlic and the Celery, and sauté everything gently for 5 minutes.
- Now add the Baby leaves, the Tomatoes, the Sugar, the Wine and the Oregano.
- Season it all with Salt and Pepper and Mix well.
- Then bring it all to a gentle simmer.
- Now add the Swordfish Steaks and cook them for 5 minutes, then turn them over and cook on the other side for 5 more minutes.
- The dish is ready. Good to cook and wholesome to eat.

- 4 Tablespoons of Cooking oil
- 2 Chopped Red Onion
- 2 Crushed Garlic Clove
- 4 Chopped Celery Sticks
- 4 Baby Leaves
- 8 Peeled and chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Teaspoon of Sugar
- 500 ml of White Wine
- 4 Tablespoons of chopped Oregano
- 800 Grams of Swordfish Steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
