- Start by melting the Butter with the Olive Oil in a frying pan.
- When it's hot, add the Chicken Breasts and cook them on each side for about 5 minutes. Let them brown to add some flavor to the sauce.
- Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- Now add the Onion, the Celery, the Garlic and the Chillis to the pan and sauté all of it for 5 minutes.
- Then add the Passata, the Bay Leaves and the Thyme. Season all of it with Salt and Pepper and stir well.
- Now take the Chicken Breasts and put them back in the sauce and let all of it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the Oregano just before serving.
- Simply wake up your taste buds.
