CHICKEN WITH ROSEMARY AND GARLIC

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the oil, vinegar, rosemary, garlic, paprika, and lemon peel together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken and mix well, then leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Alternatively, this could be done the night before.
  • Heat a large nonstick pan and add the chicken and the marinade.
  • Mix well and cook over a moderate heat, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes.
  • To serve, stir in the chopped parsley. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed 
  • 2 teaspoon paprika pared
  • Peel of 2 lemons
  • 500 grams chicken
  • Italian parsley, chopped 
  • Salt and pepper
