Preparation Method :
- Heat butter in a pan sauté onion and garlic.
- Add all the remaining vegetables (zucchini, olives, tomato, potatoes, mushroom and spring onion). Stir fry them until all the vegetables are tender beat the eggs and add all the sautéed vegetable.
- Season with basil leaves, salt and pepper. Add feta cheese and mix it well.
- Pour it in a greased baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
- Allow it to stand for 10 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve it.
