Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree C.
- Sauté onion and garlic in a heated pan with butter. Add bell pepper, mushroom and tomatoes and cook until the mushroom is tender.
- Whisk egg with cream and cheddar cheese. To this add the cooked chicken and cooked vegetables.
- Add salt and pepper. Mix it well.
- Transfer it in a greased baking dish and top it with mozzarella cheese. Bake it at 180 degree C for 20 minutes. Give it a standing time of 10 minutes.
- Cut it into wedges and garnish with coriander leaves .
- Serve it warm.
