FRITTATA DI POLLO

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree C.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in a heated pan with butter. Add bell pepper, mushroom and tomatoes and cook until the mushroom is tender.
  • Whisk egg with cream and cheddar cheese. To this add the cooked chicken and cooked vegetables.
  • Add salt and pepper. Mix it well.
  • Transfer it in a greased baking dish and top it with mozzarella cheese. Bake it at 180 degree C for 20 minutes. Give it a standing time of 10 minutes.
  • Cut it into wedges and garnish with coriander leaves .
  • Serve it warm.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 2 boneless chicken breast (cooked and diced)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic (diced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 4-5 sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
