FRESH ANCHOVIES AU GRATIN

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oven to 220° C/425° F/gas 7. Wash and gut the fish.
- Arrange them in a shallow oiled oven dish and pour most of the olive oil over them.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and the seasoning.
- Mix the parsley with the breadcrumbs and moisten it with the remaining olive oil.
- Distribute the mixture mat over the fish and bake it for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg fresh anchovies (Remove their heads, tails and backbones.)
- 160 ml Cooking oil
- 3 garlic cloves,( finely chopped)
- 2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
- 50 grams soft breadcrumbs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
