STRAWBERRY PANACOTTA

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Dissolve the gelatine in warm water.
  • Boil the fresh cream and sugar in a water bath. Add the gelatine.
  • Cool the fresh cream in an ice bath.
  • Add the strawberry puree. Fold in the whipped cream.
  • Pour the mixture in a mould and refrigerate to set.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 ml strawberry puree
  • 100 ml water
  • 150 ml fresh cream
  • 75 grams castor sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatine
  • 150 ml whipped cream
