Preparation Method :
- Butter a shallow baking dish large enough to take 8 peach halves.
- Place the peaches in the baking dish, skin side down.
- Dot with butter, then sprinkle with the almonds, drizzle with the honey, and dust with cinnamon.
- Bake the peaches at the top of a preheated oven, 400°F, for 10-15 minutes and let the almonds brown lightly.
- Serve the peaches with the juices drizzled over and topped with a spoonful of crème fraiche.
