Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and Fry it till turns brown.
- Add ginger paste, green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
- Add paneer to the masala and fry it.
- Add salt and chopped and Coriander leaves
- Then cut the top of tomatoes and scoop out the pulp properly. Stuff the tomatoes with prepared paneer Masala and cover with the top of the tomato.
- Heat oil in a flat pan and add a pinch of hing. Place the tomatoes carefully, cover & cook on medium heat for 3minutes.

- 5 Tomatoes
- 200 grams Grated Paneer
- 1 medium sized finely chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Green chilli, finely sliced
- ½ teaspoon Curry powder
- ¼ teaspoon Garam masala
- Coriander leaves
- A pinch Hing
- 2 tablespoonsIDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt to taste
