STUFFED PARWAL

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the ghee in a pan; add cumin seeds. When they start spluttering, add the stuffed parwarl.
  • Sprinkle the leftover stuffing over the parwal. Add little water, cover the pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10-12 Parwal, medium-sized, peeled, slit vertically, Stuff the filling into each parwal
  • 2 teaspoon Ghee

Stuffing

  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon Dried mango powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garam masala  
  • Red chilli powder and salt, to taste
  • Few drops of ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
