Preparation Method :
- Heat the ghee in a pan; add cumin seeds. When they start spluttering, add the stuffed parwarl.
- Sprinkle the leftover stuffing over the parwal. Add little water, cover the pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 10-12 Parwal, medium-sized, peeled, slit vertically, Stuff the filling into each parwal
- 2 teaspoon Ghee
Stuffing
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon Dried mango powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon Garam masala
- Red chilli powder and salt, to taste
- Few drops of ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
