Preparation Method :
- Remove the stems of mushroom, half boil and keep it aside.
- Half boil the sprouts & corn.
- For the marinade, mix the curd, corn flour, ghee, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, dhania powder, pepper powder & salt.
- Marinate the potato, sprouts, corn and carrot in the marinade for at least 2 hours.
- Make small balls and fill the hole of the mushrooms with the balls and microwave in high for 3-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.

- 250 grams large size Mushroom
- 50 grams corn
- 50 grams mixed sprouts
- 50 grams carrot, grated
- 50 grams potato, boiled and mashed
- 5 teaspoon curd
- 2 teaspoons Corn flour
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons Ginger - garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Dhania powder
- 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
