Preparation Method :
- Blend the spinach and chillies to a fine puree.
- Heat the oil in a pan, then add the cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add the chopped garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Stir in the spinach puree and salt, and add water if required.
- Bring to the boil, then add the paneer and mix well. Stir in the lemon juice and, finally, the milk.

- 1 kg spinach, blanched
- 5 green chillies, chopped
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 15 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 500 grams paneer, diced
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons skimmed milk
