Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Stir-fry the cumin, sesame and mustard seeds for a minute, then add the garlic and stir-fry for one more minute.
- Add the onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the curry paste and bring the mixture to simmering point.
- Add the spinach and continue to cook, stirring frequently for about 3-5 minutes or until the spinach has heated through.
- Adjust seasoning with salt to taste and serve hot or warm.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams fresh spinach, washed, chopped, cooked and strained
- 150 grams onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon mild curry paste
- 1 teaspoon white cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt, to taste
