SPINACH AND MUSTARD GREENS

Preparation Method :
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and blanch the spinach and mustard greens. Drain.
- Combine the blanched greens with chillies and salt in a blender and blend to a coarse paste.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil on medium heat; add onion and saute till golden.
- Mix in ginger, garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, lime juice and gram flour and cook till the fat floats on the surface.
- Add the ground greens and stir till well blended. Cook for a minute and remove from heat.
- Spoon the oil over the greens and serve hot with Makki ki Roti.

- 500 grams finely chopped spinach
- 500 grams finely chopped mustard greens
- 4 green chillies, roughly chopped
- Salt to taste
- 2 large onion, grated
- 2 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoon gram flour
- 100 ml sesame oil
