- Spray a non-stick frying-pan with cooking spray and stir-fry the pepper, carrot and mushrooms for about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the chilli sauce, cover tightly and simmer gently for 10-12 minutes.
- Add the beans and cook for further 3-5 minutes.
