SWEET CINNAMON CARROTS
A honey and cinnamon coating makes these glazed carrots extra special.

Preparation Method :
- Steam or boil the carrots for 5 minutes until crisply tender. Drain well and return to the pan.
- Add the butter to the pan to melt and add the cinnamon and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the chopped fresh coriander and toss well to coat the carrots with the flavoured butter.
- Serve garnished with a sprig of fresh coriander.
INGREDIENTS
- 450 grams carrots, peeled and cut into batons
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Sprig of fresh coriander, to garnish
