Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan and fry the carom seeds for 10-20 seconds.
- Turn the heat down and stir in the chilli, mango and coriander powders, and the salt.
- Add the colocasia wedges, stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes. The wedges should be coated in the spices.
- Garnish with the fresh coriander, adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams, colocasia, cleaned, washed, cooked, skin scraped off and quarter into wedges
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon carom seeds
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
- Red chilli powder and salt, to taste
- 25 grams chopped fresh coriander
