Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the spring onions ginger and garlic, and saute for 2 minutes. Add the celery and green chillies and saute for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the tofu, salt and crushed peppercorns and saute until the tofu gets some brown flecks.
- Add the spring onion greens and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the lemon juice, toss and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 5cm piece root ginger, chopped
- 8 garlic cloves, chopped
- 5cm stalk celery, chopped
- 4 green chillies, sliced
- 300 grams tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 black peppercorns, crushed
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
