RAW BANANA SABZI

Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut the bananas into round slices.
- In a bowl, add Bananas, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger paste and mix well.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a kadai. Add a pinch of fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves and onion and sauté.
- Add banana mixture, remaining masala and tomato and mix well.
- Add 100 ml water and tamarind paste and mix gently.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato, finely chopped
- 2 Raw bananas
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 ½ tablespoons Ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon Coriander-cumin powder
- A pinch Fenugreek seeds
- A pinch Fennel seeds
- 20 Curry leaves
- 2 teaspoons Tamarind pulp
- 5 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame Oil
- Salt to taste
