RAW BANANA CRUMBLE

Preparation Method :
- Chop banana with skin and pressure-cook for a whistle. Remove skin, crumble and keep aside.
- Heat oil, and allow mustard seeds to splutter; roast urad dal and keep aside. Now roast asafoetida, chana dal and thoor dal and coarsely grind with salt. Add steamed banana and mix well.
- Serve with hot rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Raw banana
- 6 Red chillies
- 4 tablespoons chana dal
- 2 teaspoon thoor dal
- 6 tablespoon asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon broken urad dal
- 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
