Preparation Method :
- Boil the colocasia in a pressure cooker to give 2 whistles. Remove from heat. After the pressure drops, check colocasia for doneness. If tender, let it cool. Peel.
- Cut the colocasia into ½ " thick round slices. Sprinkle salt over the colocasia and mix well to coat. With rolling pin crush coriander seeds and cumin seeds roughly.
- Heat oil in a shallow flat pan, add carom seeds, coriander seeds and cumin seeds. Stir for about 30 seconds till fragrant. Add the flour and cook till flour starts to change colour.
- Add the colocasia and sprinkle chilli, dry mango powder and chat masala. Now cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Do not stir too often.
- Cook till dry and crisp on both side. Sprinkle salt if needed. Mix green chillies and coriander leaves. Serve hot.

- 2-3 green chillies - cut into thin strips
- 2-3 tablespoon green coriander leaves - chopped
- 5 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
