Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil and saute aniseed and cinnamon stick. Add coconut and saute further for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the boiled Bengal gram and then cook for 10 more minutes. Mix in the salt and sugar. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Bengal gram, washed, drained and boiled
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Aniseed
- 1" Cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoon Coconut, fresh, thin small pieces
- Salt, to taste
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
