BAKED CHEESY CAPSICUM DELIGHT

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and garam masala.
- Add peas and mashed potatoes. Mix well and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add salt and sprinkle coriander leaves. Keep it aside.
- Add oil in a pan. Put onion and fry well. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft. Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
- Add diced capsicums. Add cottage cheese cubes. Mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Keep it aside.
- Put butter in a pan. Add white flour. Mix for 1 minute. Add Milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Add salt and pepper. Once, sauce is settled add cheese slice. Mix it again. Keep it aside. (Make sure that sauce is in liquid form)
- Now, its time to arrange all the layers. Take a baking dish. Spread the layer of potato first. Put diced pineapples upon it.
- Arrange the layer of cottage cheese and capsicum over it.
- Pour the white sauce over the layers.
- Grill it in the microwave for 10 minutes.
- Garnish it well with capsicum rings.
- Serve hot.

- Capsicum - Diced each one of Red, Green and Yellow
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 fresh chopped tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 2 teaspoon Flour/maida
- 200 ml milk
- 2 teaspoon Butter
- 50 grams Cheese
- Pepper powder
- Salt
- Diced pineapple cubes
