YAM ROAST

                    Preparation Method :
- Chop the vegetable into medium small square pieces.
- Pressure-cook the yam in salt water for a whistle. Keep aside.
- Roast the mustard seeds, add the curry leaves and the vegetable to it.
- Stir well before adding the chilly powder, and asafoetida powder. Stir roast for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 800 grams of yam
- 1 teaspoon chilly Powder
- 2 teaspoon asafoetida
- A few curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 4 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt to taste
