Preparation Method :
- Peel skin and chop potatoes into medium square pieces.
- Heat oil, and allow mustard seeds to splutter; add potatoes, curry leaves and stir. Close lid and keep in sim.
- Stir every 2 minutes; when it becomes very soft, add asafoetida, sambhar powder and salt.
- Remove and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Sambhar powder
- 1 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves a few
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 5 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt to taste
