Preparation Method :
- Chop lady finger into medium round pieces.
- Heat oil and allow the mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add the vegetable and the turmeric powder stir and sprinkle a little water. Close lid for a couple of minutes. Open lid again and stir.
- Repeat the process a couple more times.
- Now add the chilly powder, asafoetida and salt. Mix gently without allowing to it break.
- Made sure the seeds in the lady finger is cooked well. Remove from fire.
- Serve hot with rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg lady finger
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon asafetida Powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
