CAULIFLOWER ROAST

                    Preparation Method :
- Add a quarter 200 ml of water to both the flours and mix them together into a thick batter.
- Add the chili powder, salt and hing to it.
- Chop coriander leaves very finely and add to the batter.
- Chop cauliflower into medium-sized flowerets, wash in warm water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Dip the cauliflower in the batter and deep fry until golden orange in color.
- Serve hot as a snack or with a main course meal.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 grams of cauliflower
- 150 grams of chana dal flour
- 50 grams of Rice flour
- 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon hing powder
- 100 grams of Coriander leaves
- IDHAYAM Sesame oil for frying
- Salt to taste
