SHAHI POTATO AND CAPSICUM

Preparation Method :
- Heat a pan, pour oil, add onion and fry till it turns light brown.
- Add Potato, capsicum and cook till it becomes soften.
- Add tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt with little water and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add peanuts, cream and mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes and remove from flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapatti or paratha.

- 2 Onions
- 2 Green Capsicums diced
- 1 Potato Diced
- 1 Tomato Diced
- 2 tablespoons Peanuts, crushed
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- Salt as per taste
- 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Cream
