CUMIN-CRUSTED SAUTEED POTATOES

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. When hot add the cumin seeds and when browned, remove the pan from the heat.
- Add all the remaining spices with the salt. Stir to mix, return to the heat and cook for about 20-30 seconds.
- Add the potatoes and coat well in the spices. Saute for 5 minutes, then add the fresh coriander and toss.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt, chilli and dried mango powder and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 450 grams potatoes, peeled, halved, boiled and drained
- 50 ml Cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Chilli powder, to taste
- Dried mango powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Handful of fresh, chopped coriander
