CHILLI POTATO

Preparation Method :
- Peel off the skin of potatoes and cut it long in finger shape. Wash thoroughly.
- Into the cut potatoes, put salt, pepper powder and corn flour. Keep it aside for half an hour.
- In a frying pan, heat sesame oil and put the marinated potatoes. Fry till all sides are in golden brown colour.
- Drain the excess oil by putting the fried potatoes in a tissue paper.
- In the same frying pan, put 2 to 3 tablespoon sesame oil and put the chopped onion and garlic paste. Fry this for 1 minute.
- Put red chilli powder, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and tomato ketchup in to the frying pan and mix well.
- When it is mixed properly, add the fried potatoes, mix well.
- Sprinkle little toasted sesame seeds on top and serve it hot.

- 500 grams Potato
- 2 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 3 tablespoon Corn flour
- 50 ml Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 2 Onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds, toasted
- Pepper powder, to taste
