SPICY PEAS

                    Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the ginger until just coloured.
 - Add the peas, half a cup of water, cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the peas are tender.
 - Add in the chillies, coriander powder and salt.
 - Add the remaining spices and lemon juice. Garnish with the fresh coriander. Serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams shelled fresh green peas
 - 3 teaspoon coriander powder
 - 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
 - 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
 - 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into shreds
 - 1-2 green chillies, seeded and sliced
 - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - ½ teaspoon garam masala
 - Salt to taste
 - Lemon juice to taste
 - 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander to garnish
