SPICY PEAS WITH GINGER

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the cumin seeds and when sizzled add the ginger and green chillies; saute for a minute.
 - Add the coriander, cumin and salt with little water and stir.
 - When the water has evaporated, stir in the peas and when coated in the spices, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
 - Stir in the dried mango powder and garam masala, adjust the seasoning and serve sprinkled with chopped coriander.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 450 grams fresh green peas
 - 50 ml Cooking oil
 - 2 tablespoon fresh root ginger, peeled, finely chopped
 - 2 green chillies, whole but pierced
 - ½ teaspoon garam masala
 - 2 teaspoon ground coriander
 - 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
 - Salt, to taste
 - Dried mango powder, to taste
 - Handful of fresh chopped coriander
